About Ellen Eighmy

Ellen Eighmy is a board-certified nurse practitioner at Apex Skin. She was raised in Erie, Pennsylvania before moving to Columbus, Ohio to pursue an undergraduate degree in Biology at The Ohio State University with a Minor in Music. Following graduation, Ellen moved to Cleveland, Ohio, working as a patient care nursing assistant at Cleveland Clinic before pursuing a Master of Nursing degree at Case Western Reserve University. Ellen worked as a registered nurse in cardiology, as well as dermatology at Cleveland Clinic while completing her Master of Science in Nursing degree at Case Western Reserve University.

Ellen recently completed Apex Skin’s dermatology internship, learning from well-experienced dermatology providers in Northeast Ohio. She sees patients for various skin conditions and is grateful for the opportunity to provide quality dermatologic care to her patients.

In her free time, Ellen enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing golf, and cheering on Cleveland teams and The Ohio State Buckeyes!
