As a patient, I would like to thank you for your obvious proven commitment to deliver first rate health case. As a new patient, I arrived to have 2 suspicious lesions looked at. I was promptly escorted to an exam room bob Kelly W. Who took a history and explained thoroughly what would happen next. Gail arrived a few minutes later, explained the procedure, asked my permission to proceed and again explained in detail what I would feel and expect from the procedure. She performance the procedure with absolutely no discomfort. I was given after care instruction by both Rail and Kelly W. Upon leaving, Nikki saw me eyeing some lotion samples which she promptly invited me to take as much as I needed. I was back in my car within 20 minutes of my arrival.

As a Medical Professional, I would like to comment on the efficiency your office is run. It is obvious you are an advocate of proper staffing which results in quality care, quality of service and lastly quality of life.

This place is awesome… The doctors and staff are beyond wonderful from check in to out the door!!

In August of 2013, Dr. Garcia removed skin cancer from my face. He had to actually make the incision longer so that it wouldn’t pucker. I was so scared I was going to have a terrible scar because incision and stitches were over an inch long. But in just 5 months the scar was completely un-noticeable. Great job!

Everyone at Apex Dermatology has been so wonderful to deal with. I was a bit nervous to go through my procedure, but they made me feel relaxed and completely confident that I was in great hands. Would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

 I love this place. My skin is a lot better since going here. And of course the staff is always friendly. They even gave me a second Chance to still go there after I had no call no shows…I would recommend this place to anyone with skin issues.

I was very apprehensive about my Mohs surgery appointment today. Even though I had read the various information provided by Dr Garcia’s office and knew exactly what he was going to do, I still did not know what to expect in regards to the size of my incision or pain level that may occur. The Parma office was great! Friendly staff and great service. I appreciated how the doctor spoke to my daughter and asked for her input not just mine! She explained everything in great detail.

I go to the Solon location and highly recommend it. I see Dr. Tracy Ringo. She’s very professional, kind, informative, and down to earth. She always takes the time to educate patients. She’s always willing to look for samples of medicine she’s going to prescribe you, she gives coupons to help lower the price at the pharmacy check-out, and passes out literature chuck full of information. Not to mention her ongoing service in the military. She’s a Colonel in the Army National Guard as Chief Medical Officer of her units Medical Team. She was deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. All-around awesome doctor!
