CoolSculpting is nothing new. We’ve been using it here at Apex Skin for many years. Whether you want to trim your stomach, back or thighs, or you want to finally tackle that tough-to-target excess chin fat, CoolSculpting is your solution—and now it’s better than ever before.
The new CoolSculpting Elite is the result of 10 years of innovation in fat freezing, and we’re able to offer it to you at our Hudson and Westlake locations!
But what’s the difference between this new CoolSculpting machine and the others we’ve been using? Let’s take a look at what ten years of innovation can do for this fat loss tactic.
How does CoolSculpting work?
Before we get into the meat of what makes CoolSculpting Elite better, here’s an overview of one of the safest fat loss options out there.
“An applicator is applied to the targeted area and in a short period of time literally freezes fat cells. Fats cells do not like cold and once the fats cells are frozen your body naturally eliminates the dead cells in 1-3 months resulting in 20-25% fat reduction in the treated areas,” explains Jess Larkin, Aesthetic Nurse and CoolSculpting Provider in Westlake.
What’s different about CoolSculpting Elite?
Much like with any technology that has been around long enough to be improved, we could sum up CoolSculpting Elite’s difference as this: it’s just better.
But what specifically was upgraded with this machine? Here are the “better” benefits of CoolSculpting Elite:
Improved Suction
This is one of the best improved features for this new device. Because the CoolSculpting device works by first sucking tissue into the machine and then freezing fat cells that are within its walls, improved suction makes for a major change.
The CoolSculpting Elite can now suck in more tissue than before thanks to the increased suction power. This means more fat cells are able to be targeted and therefore, more fat cells are frozen off.0
It goes without saying that this improves your overall results with CoolSculpting.
Two Applicators
Each CoolSculpting Elite device is now equipped with two applicators, which allows for simultaneous treatment of varying areas.
Not only does this mean we can target both sides of certain areas at the same time, but it cuts down on treatment time so you can get back to your everyday life faster. Now we no longer have to treat a single side, wait for the work to be done, and then switch over to the other.
Overall, your CoolSculpting experience is more enjoyable.
Quicker Results
More than anything, we’re seeing improved results with the CoolSculpting Elite. On average, patients can expect to see results as early as 4 weeks instead of the 6-8 we see with the flagship device.
9 Treatment Zones
CoolSculpting Elite is designed to target nine areas:
- Under the chin
- Below the jawline
- Sides (flank)
- Abdomen
- Thighs
- Bra-line fat (back)
- Upper arms
- Back
- Underneath buttocks (back of thighs)
Due to the dual applicator handles, treating these areas can now be done in tandem.
Dana Baker, Aesthetic Nurse and CoolSculpting Specialist in Hudson says, “I have been lucky enough to work with CoolSculpting for over 8 years now and have seen some incredible transformations! I cannot wait to see what the Elite can do! Dual Sculpting and up to an 18% larger cooling area should make for some amazing results.”
“I am so excited to be performing our treatments at the Westlake office with the latest Coolsculpting technology”, says Jess Larkin. “We take pride in being a leader in innovation to provide the absolute best results for our patients.”
Is CoolSculpting Elite a fit for everyone?
CoolSculpting Elite is a fit for most, but not for everyone. Ultimately, scheduling a free consultation is the best way to know if this is a fit for you.
“While CoolSculpting always works best for those who have targeted pockets of fat they are wanting to reduce, we can also debulk larger areas which proves to be a great way to jump start a weight loss plan. The best way to decide if CoolSculpting is right for you is to schedule a complimentary consultation. We can go over exactly what your goals are and decide together if CoolSculpting is right for you,” explains Dana Baker.
Jess Larkin adds, “If you find yourself wondering if you might be a good candidate for CoolSculpting, my favorite one liner is, if you can squeeze it, we can freeze it!
